Our online quote process is simple and fast. Just submit your project details through our form, including location, size, and services needed. You’ll receive an instant estimate.
Online quotes are preliminary and based on the information provided. Final pricing may be adjusted after initial field verification to reflect actual site conditions, scope, and complexity.
Book Appointment
Once you receive and review your online quote, you can easily schedule your booking by selecting your preferred date and time through our booking system. After submission, our team will confirm the schedule, review final project details, and provide next steps. A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment.
Field Measurement
Once your appointment is confirmed, our team will arrive on-site to perform a detailed field verification. During the visit, we will capture accurate measurements of the space, document existing conditions, verify layouts, and collect key data using tools such as laser measurements and/or Matterport scanning. This ensures all dimensions and site conditions are accurately reflected for your CAD deliverables.
Note: In certain cases, appointments may be rescheduled due to weather conditions or site access limitations to ensure data accuracy and safety.
Data Processing
After field verification, all collected data is carefully processed by our team to ensure accuracy and consistency. This includes organizing measurements, reviewing captured scans, and converting field data into clean, structured CAD drawings and deliverables. Our team performs quality checks to align with your project requirements before final output.
Timeline: Data processing typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on project size and complexity.
Delivery
Once data processing is complete, we deliver your finalized files in a clear and organized format. You will receive PDF drawings for easy viewing and sharing, along with editable CAD files (DWG) for design, planning, and coordination. All deliverables are reviewed for accuracy and consistency with field conditions before release. Files are provided via secure download or email, ensuring you have everything needed to move forward with your project.
